I lead The Boulder Group's research division, where we've published 50+ net lease research reports tracking cap rates, supply and demand, and transaction trends across all major sectors. Our research is regularly cited in CoStar, GlobeSt, REJournals, Bisnow, Commercial Property Executive, REBusiness Online, Connect CRE, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Areas of focus: cap rate analysis, 1031 exchange advisory, bonus depreciation strategies, tenant credit evaluation, ground leases, sale-leaseback transactions, broker opinions of value, and buy-side and sell-side advisory for single tenant retail, industrial, and medical net lease properties.
